Server side can’t read your configuration because its encrypted locally by your SublimeText. It allows you to encrypt your package in order to increase your privacy. The plugin creates a compressed (and encrypted if you choose it) archive of your Sublime Text configuration and sends it to the server. You can store for now one package at the same time.
